男職員也可放產假

中電准男職員放「產假」為響應特首「生三個」的呼籲,中電由四月一日起,為旗下約四千三百名員工提供男士產假。男員工可在妻子分娩前一天至分娩後四周內,享有三天的男士產假,讓他們在迎接新生命的期間,照顧家庭需要。此外,今年內誕下「豬仔豬女」的員工,可額外獲發一千元利是,以作鼓勵,公司亦會捐出一千元予公益金。

今早一看這則港聞, 馬上跟同事耳語一番, 也想公司應該考慮效法, 增加男員工的福利之餘, 也可回饋社會做些善事, 一舉兩得.

可是, 回心一想 (自私地想), 我公司跟隨, 那對我有什麼好處呢? 我又唔係男人.

呀! 應該叫 “x報”考慮考慮才對, 不過, 這公司一向不大重視員工福利, 在沙士時奪去人家雙糧福利後, 到如今經濟較好, 也不還回基本步. 何況, 男職員產假, 想也別想好了.

也許,只有中電這種有良心的公司會跟隨,其他...好難了.
